Pet's delivery schedule is designed to ensure we can offer great prices
on the largest variety of quality, hard to find brands. This does
require that you have an idea of how quickly you need to restock so
your order arrives before you run out. If timing your order seems
difficult, we can help you determine your refill needs and also offer
an automatic refill program. As an auto refill customer, you don't
have to worry about a thing. We take care of processing your orders and
your food just shows up on the schedule you set.
In some cases we can assist you with urgent needs but it is case specific. If you need a delivery prior to the scheduled dates, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If you forget to place your order by Monday, please call or email prior to placing your order to confirm we can still deliver the same week.
National Shipping (Friday delivery not guaranteed) is available via UPS, Fed Ex, and USPS in the contiguous US. Options and pricing will be available at checkout. Frozen items should only be ordered for delivery within 48 hr transit range for the selected carrier.Regular delivery area - Apex*, Cary, Garner*, Morrisville, Raleigh*, and RTP must meet a $25 minimum for free
delivery.
Extended delivery area - Wake Forest* & Durham* zipcodes 27703, 27704 (southeast of I-85), 27709, 27711, & 27713 (north of I-40 and east of 55; south of I-40 and east of Fayetteville Rd) must meet a $50 minimum for free delivery.

Returns: Your complete satisfaction is our goal. We will do everything we can to assist you if you have a problem with an item. If you are not completely satisfied with an item, simply return it within 14 days of receipt along with the original invoice and it will be refunded, replaced, or exchanged for you. This does not included shipping and handling charges. Items that have been previously replaced cannot be returned i.e., we will not accept a return on a return.
Items showing signs of use are not returnable. Books, videos, CD's, and DVD's are not returnable. Personalization, monogrammed or custom items are not returnable and the customer must either fax, email, or mail verification for these items to guarantee accuracy. Any problems, such as shortages, damaged or missing pieces, or wrong item(s) must be reported within 72 hours. No Exceptions! Item(s) must be in "new" condition and show no signs of wear or use. If the item is defective upon receipt by customer or if there was a shipping error we will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us, and you will not be charged for the shipping cost of your replacement item. If an item was damaged during transit, we reserve the right to request photographic proof of damage. That is, you may be asked to provide a photo of the damaged item.
To return an item, please fill out the contact us form and let us know the item(s) you want to exchange, and the reasons(s) for the return. You will receive an email response with further instructions. Refunds will be given in the original method of payment. Checks require a 10 day business holding period.
